May 24 & 25 - This is our 2nd Annual Memorial Day BBQ Contest. This contest is sanctioned by the KCBS. The Governor of Illinois will issue a proclamation for this event.

The contest happens rain or shine. We are located about 30 miles due West of Chicago. There will be food, music and BBQ cooking seminars.

The defending champion is Dr. Porkenstien. We estimate there will be 40-50 teams taking part.
