Great Pork BarbeQlossal

The Great Pork BarbeQlossal is part of the World Pork Expo, held @ the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines, IA. The Expo runs June 5-7 and we are a part of this event on Friday afternoon and Sat.

We are an all pork competition, competing in whole hog, shoulder, loin & ribs. We are one of the few contests that have our teams handing out samples after each category to the 1000s of consumers that come out on Saturday!

We are a KCBS sanctioned event and our winner is invited to the Great American BBQ & The American Royal.
