The 2007 Hudson Valley Ribfest was a huge success. The Highland Rotary Club would like to thank everyone who came out to support us.

Last year 54 teams competed in the NEBS and KCBS contest. The 3 day event was visited by over 13000 spectators. Lots of fun for the whole family!
